1. Purchases of Virtual Credits

Users may purchase virtual credits to participate in HuHu skill-based rounds. All purchases are processed through external payment providers.

2. Refund Eligibility

Only unused virtual credits are eligible for a refund. Credits that have already been used in completed rounds represent delivered digital services and cannot be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of unused credits, you must contact us using the email associated with your account and provide sufficient information for verification.

4. Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to payment provider processing times.

5. Fraud Prevention
