These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HuHu platform ("HuHu", the "Platform") and its skill-based game rounds. By accessing or using HuHu, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions
Tap’s – digital participation units used to perform actions (e.g. clicks) within a round.
Round – a real-time skill-based game session.
Platform Commission – the fee charged by HuHu for providing platform services.
Prize Pool – funds allocated for distribution to winning participants.
2. Nature of the Game
HuHu is a real-time multiplayer skill-based game. The outcome of each round depends predominantly on the players’ skill, attention, timing and reaction speed.
HuHu does not rely on randomness, chance, or hidden algorithmic decision-making.
3. No Gambling
HuHu does not offer gambling, betting, lotteries, casino games or games of chance. Users do not place bets with the platform, and HuHu does not participate in game outcomes or stake its own funds.
4. Tap’s and Participation
Participation in rounds is performed via Tap’s. Each Tap enables a participation action within a round (for example, advancing the shared counter).
Tap’s are digital participation units. They are not legal tender, are not bets, and have no monetary value outside the platform.
5. Platform Role and Commission Model
HuHu operates as a digital platform providing organizational, technical and administrative services for skill-based rounds.
HuHu charges a platform commission for enabling and operating rounds and participation actions. The platform commission constitutes the sole revenue of HuHu.
Commission parameters may vary by round and are disclosed to users before participation.
6. User Funds and Prize Pool
Where applicable, part of the funds paid by users is allocated to a prize pool intended for distribution to winning participants.
Prize pool funds are not revenue of HuHu and are held temporarily solely for the purpose of prize distribution. HuHu acts only as a technical and administrative intermediary with respect to prize pool funds.
7. Prize Distribution
Prizes are distributed exclusively to winning participants in accordance with the applicable round rules. HuHu does not guarantee winnings and does not influence the outcome of any round.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use HuHu. By participating, you confirm that your participation is lawful.
9. Payments and Payment Providers
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. HuHu is not a payment institution and does not provide payment services itself.
10. Refunds
Only unused Tap’s may be eligible for a refund, subject to the Refund Policy. Tap’s already used in completed rounds represent delivered digital services and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
11. Taxes and VAT
Where applicable, value-added tax (VAT) is charged solely on the platform commission.
Prize pool funds and prize distributions fall outside the scope of VAT.
For EU B2C digital services, HuHu may apply the VAT One-Stop Shop (OSS) regime.
12. Limitation of Liability
Participation in rounds is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuHu shall not be liable for losses incurred by users.
13. Changes to These Terms
HuHu may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
